This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:

Check-Out: 11:00 AM

 

PAYMENT POLICY

• A deposit of 50% stay plus tax is required in order to confirm a reservation. 

• A 9% Belize Tourism Board Tax and a 10% Service charge will be charged along with the rate of reservation

• Balance is charged 30 Days Prior to Arrival date. (Payment Options Available on Request).

• Reservations are not confirmed until a deposit is received.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

• 31 or more days prior to the date of arrival at the property: Full Refund

• Less than 30 days prior to date of arrival at the property: No refund

• No shows and/or unused portions of stays are non-refundable.

• Packages are non-refundable or transferable and are under the full discretion of management and under special circumstances.

Resort Transfer Cancellation Policy

We are pleased to offer comfortable and reliable transfer services to and from the resort. To ensure an efficient experience for all guests and to honor the time of our local drivers, please review our cancellation policy:
 

Booking & Confirmation

• Transfers must be scheduled in advance through our reservations or front desk team.

• Once confirmed, a driver is assigned and reserves that time exclusively for you.
   

Cancellations

• You may cancel your scheduled transfer up to 24 hours before your confirmed pick-up time at no charge.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pick-up time or no-shows will incur the full transfer fee.
