All villas have a separate bedroom with king bed, private bathroom with shower only, kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, 2-burner electric cooktop, coffee maker, and toaster. Villas also feature a dining room with seating for four, living room and private patio. Each villa is centrally air-conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans, and cable TV. Daily housekeeping is provided, laundry services offered and wireless Internet access is available onsite

The Seaview Villa offers views of our waterfront paradise and the swimming pool. Units are on the first and second floor with the upper units accessed by an outdoor staircase. Large verandas are the perfect setting for swinging in a hammock and relaxing with a cold drink and a good book. These villas are centrally located between the restaurant and the front desk, with easy access to both pools.

POOL VIEW Villa

The Pool View Apartments are the newest addition to X’tan Ha Resort. They are located in the garden with views of the lush tropical landscaping and the back pool. Enjoy catching the sea breeze and relaxing on the balcony. The spacious layout of the apartments offers ample space to unpack and settle into your vacation at our Waterfront Paradise. The apartments are on the first and second floors, with the second-floor apartments accessed via an outdoor staircase.

These cozy casitas are perfect for couples and honeymooners. Located mere steps from the back pool and with views of the tropical gardens, it’s easy to relax and enjoy every minute of your vacation. Family vacations at our waterfront paradise won’t soon be forgotten. The largest accommodation type at X’tan Ha Resort, the Garden View Villas comfortably sleep two adults and two children. The two-floor layout works well for families with the sleeping areas upstairs and the kitchen and living space on the first floor. The villa opens out onto a private porch and the garden grounds with a full view of the Mayan themed swimming pool.

ONE BEDROOM PLUS DEN GARDEN VILLA

Our Plus Garden View Villas are our largest units and are the only room types which feature two floors as part of the same unit. On the ground floor these villas all have a large living room area with a flat screen TV, Bathroom and a full kitchen with stove/oven, coffee maker, refrigerator and all necessary utensils. On the upper floor the villa features a queen bed and a trundle bed which can accommodate 2 adults & 2 children having a really nice small (complete) bathroom! This Unit has its own private balcony which overlooks the garden and pool area. Additional in-room amenities include an electronic safe for your valuables, a cable TV, tableware, beach towels, and complimentary purified water.

Two Bedroom Garden View Villas offer a spacious living space with a dining table that seats four, a sleeper sofa, Wi-Fi, cable TV and Air Conditioning. Each suites enjoys a private patio perfect for reading a book or enjoying a cup of coffee with views overlooking the gardens and back pool. All suites offer a master bedroom with king bed, a second bedroom with a king bed or trundle bed, and one bathroom with shower only. The kitchen has a stove, microwave, refrigerator and kitchen utensils. Suites are on the first and second floors, second floor villas are accessed via a staircase. Housekeeping is provided, laundry services offered and wireless Internet access is available onsite.
